The World of Growth Disorders
One goal of MAGIC is to increase awareness about growth-related disorders. Therefore, we have released our first book, "Stories of Strength: The World of Growth Disorders".
It is a collection of stories written by affected people or parents of affected children with medical conditions affecting their growth. "Stories of Strength" explores the power of networking from a supportive community, and also provides a brief overview of children’s growth abnormalities. Stories reveall their search for answers, and express their fears, instincts, and concerns—the love and faith put into the fight to grow.

Stories of Strength is dedicated to the "parents, the children, and grandchildren who have their own stories of strength."
This unique collection tells the real life stories of those impacted by medical conditions which affect children's growth. You will laugh, cry and wonder at the amazing strength and joy of families who fight battles to live a normal and healthy life.
More than 41 personal stories have been generously donated to The MAGIC Foundation for this book. Parents, grandparents and affected adults reach out to others with similar medical issues. Their message: You are not alone! Proceeds from this book help fund Educational Programs to affected families.
As a parent founded and governed chairtable organization, MAGIC will NOT "prostitute" affected children with expolitative pictures. Therefore, there are not pictures included in this 197 page book. We first and foremost, protect the children.
A child's height is not the important factor. Rather what is invisible inside a growing body which first shows up by a child's lack of normal growth is the important issue for families. Chronic or critical medical condtions such as McCune-Albright Syndrome, Russell-Silver Syndrome, Growth Hormone Deficiency, Hypopituitarism, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, Precocious Puberty and others are relayed as they are personally experienced.
