Personal information from those who communicate with us online may be referred to other representatives within the Foundation for the purpose of swift and accurate assistance. For example, if you are the parent of a growth hormone deficient child we forward your "Contact Us" email to the Growth Hormone Director for the most knowledgeable response. Personal information sent to us, is only used for communication per your request to you or only upon your permission by you to other similarly affected networking families.
By mandate of our Board of Directors your personal information will NOT be forwarded to any person, business or other entity outside the Foundation . Privacy for our families is a serious matter. Medical issues are private and respected as such in your communication within the Foundation. Your information is kept strictly confidential. We offer secure servers for donations of all kinds, and forms which ask that you fill out information. We do not sell nor distribute your name or any information to any outside third parties.
This policy has been in place since our Foundation’s inception in 1989.
